    The Gainesville Area Bee Club provides educational outreach programs to the young and old alike. The GABC meets the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m., in room 1031 of the University of Florida Entomology Building, 1881 Natural Area Drive. Visitors are always welcome!     Bee Health

    Members of the Gainesville Area Bee Club strive to keep healthy bees. Bee health and best-practices in beekeeping are discussed at monthly meetings. Our "Buddy" system helps new beekeepers find mentors, which in turn helps Florida bees thrive. See our "Links and Resources" page for more bee-related information.
